ABOUT THE ART

Winter Melt Pendants: A celebration of the season & an INCREDIBLE geological phenomenon. Magnificent cuts of Enhydro Quartz are suspended in prongs. Each is accented with small sprays of cedar, foraged in New England & cast in solid sterling silver. A nod to frozen woodland streams, of water beneath ice, of icy shores flanked by towering pines.

These necklaces are specifically crafted in open settings & strung upon long chains to allow for marveling at all angles. Throughout the day, you can gaze down & be wonderstruck as the ancient bubbles slide through the crystal’s chambers. A magical geological phenomenon resting right around your neck.

For an up close look at these necklaces and their moving bubbles head over here!

*PLEASE NOTE: This particular necklace contains microscopic bubbles that can be viewed perfectly through a jewelers loop or magnifying glass. It also contains beautiful, sparkly sediment that is clearly visible as it gracefully travels up & down the water within the chambers- equally as mesmerizing & also incredibly rare! And did I mention the rainbow inclusions? You can see one of them in the second photo. se A true collectors piece.

ABOUT THE STONE
Those dancing bubbles are a completely natural phenomenon known as Enhydro Quartz. As these crystals formed, water was trapped inside their chambers, creating ANCIENT BUBBLES that effortlessly slide although encased in stone.
