How can I purchase your jewelry?
I make my jewelry entirely by hand, slowly and intentionally. I create in small quantities, releasing new collections between 1-2 times a month. Dates and times of releases are announced here as well as on Instagram with the occasional surprise release- so follow along for updates! I list everything that I have available for purchase here on my website so if you don't see what you're looking for, it has likely sold out. However, I am continually designing and creating new pieces which you can sneak a peek at on my instagram, @thewildpine.
Do you accept custom orders? Can I reserve a piece I saw on Instagram?
I am currently unable to accommodate custom orders OR reservations on pieces. I do however take requests into account, so if there's something you'd like to see crafted, do not hesitate to reach out and let me know!
How can I get a pair of Mountain Maven Ear Jackets?
My Mountain Maven Ear Jackets are my signature and most popular item! They are in high demand, so if you have been unable to snag a pair yet, do not fret; I won't stop making them anytime soon! Each pair of ear jackets are one of a kind and require a lot of time to design and create by hand, which is why I only release them periodically. I make them in small batches and release them in my shop monthly. These limited releases are made up of either of a handful of ready-to-ship styles AND/OR made-to-order listings that take 3-6 weeks to be completed. I announce release dates here on as well as on Instagram, so check both often if you would like to know when to score a pair!
Can I put a piece on Layaway or arrange multiple payments?
Yes! I do accept multiple payment plans on anything over $200. Any piece that is still available an hour after the listing has been posted is eligible for a payment plan. The first person to email or message me via Instagram after the hour is up will lay claim to the piece. I require 25% of the total plus shipping to reserve the piece. Then, I offer up to 4 nonrefundable payments spread over a maximum of 6 weeks. I am happy to accommodate what works best for you, so please indicate the time frame you prefer in your message. Payments must be paid promptly upon the times agreed upon. Failure to do so without communication with me will result in the cancellation of your plan. All prior completed payment(s) for Layaway items are nonrefundable.
Can I get a ring resized?
Shipping and Insurance
Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, it becomes your responsibility. You have the choice of USPS First Class or Priority shipping at. checkout. All come with tracking numbers. I am not liable for items lost/damaged/delayed during shipping. I rarely if ever have an issue with USPS- but please understand that the occasional delay is to be expected. It is vital that you choose to opt-in for the small fee for shipping insurance at checkout. This covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. If your item is lost, damaged or stolen and you did pay for shipping insurance at checkout, you need to fill out this form on Route's website. They will handle everything from there! Please reach out if you have any other questions or concerns.
I have no clue what my ring size is! How can I find out?
The best way to clean your jewelry is to use a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove fingerprints, dirt, residue, and oils. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners as these can damage the surface of the stone or remove the patina on your piece. When not in use, store your piece in a cool dry place.
How will my jewelry arrive? Do you offer gift-wrapping?
For plight of the trees, your order will arrive in packaging using 100% recycled paper and materials. All orders are hand packaged with care and contain a little natural thank-you gift inside in addition to your piece. Earrings come on sustainably harvested Birch Bark collected from fallen trees in NH. Pendants, cuffs and barrettes come in a cloth pouch. To further save paper, a packing slip will NOT be included as this can be found in your confirmation email. While I do not offer specific "gift wrapping", know that my packaging is intentionally designed to look like a gift, complete with a bow, greenery and other surprises. So, you do not have to worry about any additional wrapping if the piece is intended for a special someone!
